Refund policy

At Zeusship, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

•The item must be unused and in its original condition.

•The item must be in its original packaging.

•The item must be accompanied by proof of purchase, order confirmation, or receipt.

•Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

•Personalized or custom-made products

•Gift cards

•Hygiene and personal care products

•Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer

•Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
